We at KNU appreciate your interest in the KNU Summer Program. Please submit the attached application form by email with additional documents below.

■ Required documents 

① Application [신청서] 申请表

② Copy of passport  [여권 사본]  护照复印件 

③ Official academic transcript [대학교 성적증명서]  成绩证明 

④ Certificate of enrollment [대학교 재학증명서]  在读证明

⑤ English proficiency certificate (optional) [공인 영어 성적증명서 - 필수 제출 아님]  英语水平考试成绩单(如有，非必要）

- This program is only for undergraduate students from KNU's partner universities, so unfortunately, graduate students can not join.

- You can send your passport later if you don't have it. However, you must get it issued or renewed now, and your English name in the application form should be the same as in your future passport, including word spacing, the order of surname and first name, alphabet, etc.

- Submission of the English proficiency certificate is not mandatory, but it can be a priority when we have more applicants than the prescribed number. Of course, students from English-speaking countries don't need to submit it.

■ Note 

- (Issue of Transcript / 成绩证明发放注意事项) Transcript issue of 2-credit course for summer program and online winter programs uses the same course at KNU. It means that  participating in both programs will be considered as taking the same course repeatedly, and a transcript will not be issued for the second participation. Please be aware that students attending this face-to-face summer program after participating in an online program will only receive a certificate, not a transcript. 由于江原大学夏季线上项目与冬季线上项目开设的课程为同一门课程，因此重复参加将不会再发放成绩证明，仅发放活动参与结业证书。

- (Document submission / 材料受理方式) We receive documents directly from individual students, not staff of sister universities. 

    本次活动申请不通过友好姊妹大学教职工方接受材料，而是直接从申请学生方接收申请材料。

- (Limited number / 各大学人员限制) Please understand that the maximum number of applicants for one university is limited to five for equal opportunities.

    为了各个大学选拔的公平性，一所大学的选拔人数最多为5名同学。请您谅解。

- (First come, first served / 先后顺序) This program is run on a first-come-first deserved basis, so there is the possibility of an early closing.

    本次活动是按照报名先后顺序进行申请的，因此有可能 '提前结束申请.
